Further Enterprise Solutions is Hiring a RF Design Engineer Near Indianapolis, IN
Location: Indianapolis, IN. Onsite 5 days a week.
Expected duration: 3-6 months with possible extension
Description:
- Perform complete RF Design for 1st tier RF carrier
- Search area issuance, candidate assessment, approvals, Macro / Smalls Designs and RF design support for bringing these solutions on-air. Redesign mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR while working with other areas of the network to ensure performance fixes/initiatives are in place
- Hands on experience with ATOLL .
- Perform Macro/Small Cell Design design including antenna selection and placement, utilizing knowledge of C-band, 5G, LTE, CDMA to contribute in network design
- Create CIQs, E911 submissions, COPs etc.
- Work on new cell sites, making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliability
