About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Business and Operations to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective leadership and stewardship of all business and operations, including technology, information systems, human resources, finance, and facilities activities. This role involves supporting the CEO in budget preparation and administration, ensuring all operations align with the company's mission and values, leading a high-performing team, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Managing Director will also oversee technology and information systems management, human resources, and school health, as well as facilities management to maintain the safety and compliance of the company's physical environment.Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in business or public administration preferred, and a minimum of five years' experience in operations, human resources, finance, and/or technology, particularly within an educational setting. A New Jersey School Business Administrator Certification or eligibility is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the company's educational philosophy, strong management and leadership skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, and a focus on student needs. Professional expectations include a proactive approach to professional growth and development, as well as the ability to handle other duties as assigned. The role is a full-time, twelve-month position, and performance will be evaluated annually.
