As a Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our operation, ensuring smooth transactions, maintaining a safe environment, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately.
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with any issues or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the safety of customers by being alert and aware of their surroundings, especially when working inside the bounce house area.
• Monitor customer flow and manage lines to ensure efficient service.
• Collaborate with other staff members to address customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of merchandise, including snacks and beverages.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role, preferably in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both children and adults.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a hectic environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
