8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Assists in organizing and coordinating all nursing home clinical nutrition service activities to ensure the efficient, smooth and successful operation of the nursing home clinical nutrition services component of the department. Assists in supervising the nursing home FNS employees as need dictates. Assists in planning, directing and coordinating the facility's nutrition care policies, procedures and functions with food services through working collaboratively with the Fulton Manor Food Services Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. Must be a Registered Dietitian and be an active Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio. Must maintain credentials with continuing education as required by The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. At least one year of experience in geriatric clinical nutrition is preferred but is not essential. Must maintain valid driver's license.
