The ETL Engineer will beresponsible for developing, managing, maintaining, and evaluating state-of-the-art extraction,translation and loading tools and methodologies. Efficiently translate and loadenterprise data sources within a common data model architecture. Determinepotential and actual data ingest and export bottlenecks and proposerecommendations for their elimination. Assist in the formulation of data ingestprocesses.

Assure insider threat information system interfaces underdevelopment are technically compatible with existing systems. Prepare designplans and written analyses, unit, test scripts and documentation. Performquality control of processes and products produced. Write, interpret, andanalyze technical documentation related to information technology. Conductsoftware development utilizing programming languages including but not limitedto Java and JavaScript. Interpret and analyze end user identified bugs.Familiarization with SCRUM\AGILE software development methodologies.Familiarization with Hadoop and conducting development within big data ecosystems;and provide recommended software development enhancements or changes in supportof existing and projected organizational mission requirements.

Job Requirements andQualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree in software engineering or related field
• SeniorSystem Software Developers with at least ten (10 ) years of prior IT experiencein information technology, software development and/or software design
• Experiencewith Java software development
• Experiencewith Service-Oriented Architecture Protocol (SOAP//web service development
• Experiencewith development and integration with JavaScript libraries
• MultipleInformation Technology certifications in provisioning technologies such as SQL,Java, Oracle, Hadoop
• Knowledgeof methodology with systems such as: NIST 800.53, FISMA, Security TechnicalImplementation Guide (STIG), configuration management
• Five(5 ) years’ experience with Extract, Translate and Load software experiencetranslating between multiple file formats using scripting languages, ETL toolsand methodologies
• Two(2 ) years of experience with extract transform and loads in Informaticasoftware
