Full Visibility isseeking a Mid-Level Programmer to work a hybrid schedule, with remoteflexibility and the ability to support some project work in Fort Meade, MD. Candidate must possess at least an active Secret clearance.

The Mid-Level Programmer willbe responsible for performing assigned portions of the design, programming, implementation,and documentation for the relevant computer systems; while participating in allphases of the Software Development Lifecycle – with an emphasis on theprogramming, testing, documentation, and acceptance phases. The Programmer willdesign and prepare technical reports and related documentation, as well ascreate charts and graphs to record results. The successful candidate will planthe full scope of programming actions to produce several interrelated, but different,products from several diverse data elements and sources.

The Mid-Level Programmerwill also develop and maintain operating systems, communications software,database packages, compilers, assemblers, and utility programs in support ofthe mission area; and will modify existing and create new special purposesoftware while ensuring system efficiency and integrity. The Programmer willalso be responsible for analyzing systems requirements and designspecifications; developing block diagrams and logic flow charts; andtranslating detailed design into computer software. The successful candidatewill also conduct testing, debugging, and refine computer software to producethe required product meeting efficiency goals for operating time; and preparingproject plans, software and user documentation.

• Active Secret Clearance
• At least four (4 ) years of experience with programming and software development
• Knowledge of pertinent system software, computer equipment, workprocesses, regulations, and management practices
• Experience with andknowledge of government regulations, manuals, technical orders, and standardsas applied to the development of government systems
• Experience conductingtesting, debugging, and refinement of software products to meet mission needs
• Ability to producerequired technical documentation for project plans or user guides
• Ability to workindependently with excellent time management skills
