Description

Full Circle Health (formerly known as the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho) is looking for a part-time Referral Coordinator to join our amazing Referrals team!

Purpose

 The Referral Coordinator (RC) will provide assistance to the Full Circle Health patient in the appropriate and timely navigation of the referral process to other organizations or medical providers in the broader medical neighborhood as part of the Patient-centered Medical Home model of care.

Minimum Qualifications


Education

  • High school diploma or GED.

Experience

  • Two or more years of experience in a medical reception, nursing or referral processing or insurance claims processing; will consider a combination of relevant work experience.

Licensure / Certification

  • Not required, Medical Assistant or LPN preferred

Other:

  • Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace; qualified applicants must complete a tobacco / nicotine free attestation prior to employment.
  • We require immunizations for all staff to include COVID-19 vaccine and an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff must be fully vaccinated before joining our organization. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.
