Sushi Chef
Duties:
- Prepare and create a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Assist in catering events by preparing sushi platters and meeting customer requests
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
- Familiarity with different types of fish and seafood used in sushi dishes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
