Job Title : Service Support Specialist, MS
Job purpose
Responsible for administrative and business support functions that include maintaining critical service files for the service and other management including ELT.
Provide high quality and efficient support to all MS teams, including but not limited to service, applications, and operations.
Customer interactions with a focus on experience, satisfaction and rapid response.
Duties and responsibilities
Qualifications
Experience :
Experience as administrative support person up to executive level management desired, preferably in a technical service or engineering environment.
Educational requirements :
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Special skills or other job requirements :
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical requirements
The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and / or have the listed capabilities :
