We are helping our of out top clients in their search for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The Financial Analyst opportunity involves analyzing business intelligence data, monitoring financial performance, preparing reports for leadership, reviewing financial reports, creating management reports, presenting business reviews, analyzing budgets, preparing deal terms, tracking commissions, providing data analysis support, and participating in collection meetings.. This is a permanent direct hire role, working fully onsite Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

```Duties```

• Analyze business data to identify opportunities and risks, making recommendations.
• Monitor and project financial performance, provide feedback to leadership.
• Review financial reports for accuracy, coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Create monthly management reports summarizing metrics for leadership review.
• Prepare and present business reviews, analyze budget variances.
• Prepare deal terms, track leasing commissions, provide data analysis support.
• Participate in tenant collection meetings to ensure objectives are met.

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role (2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and investment banking practices
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and financial modeling techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
- Solid understanding of strategic planning concepts and methodologies
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
