Our client is looking for their next Customer Service Representative to join their team!

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, fax and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with requests on existing orders, quotes, inquiries, complaints, and product information
• Contacts vendors regarding back orders, customer returns, product information and product support
• Applies knowledge of company policies, procedures and pricing to best meet customer needs
• Troubleshoot problems with customer deliveries
• Support sales team by running reports and assisting with other administrative tasks

What You Bring:

• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: speak effectively to groups of customers and fellow employees and write routine reports
• Foundational Math Skills: calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and geometry - basic algebra and geometry
• Reasoning Ability: read and interpret documents and instructions
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook; DDMS
• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or 1-2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred: Experience in back-end office setting serving business customers (compared to front-end setting serving individuals customers)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
