Frontier Registered Agency Services LLC (FRAS) seeks Vice President of Operations. FRAS is an affiliate of Long Reimer Winegar LLP (LRW), a law firm with offices in Wyoming, Colorado and Utah. FRAS is a professional registered agent that provides a variety of services to business entities primarily in Wyoming, Colorado and Utah. Interested candidates would ideally possess a strong working knowledge of business entities, formation processes and requirements, periodic report filings, and service of process. Responsibilities include handling service of process, business entity formations, registrations, amendments and dissolutions, document preparation, facilitation of filings with Secretary of State offices, client and Secretary of State correspondence, data entry and management, billing, assisting with the development and implementation of policies, procedures and marketing strategies, and a variety of administrative responsibilities. This is a full time position with a flexible schedule, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits available after 60 and 90 days.
