Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with acquiring new skills while decreasing problem behavior.

Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals
- Document and collect data on observable client behavior
- Teach activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Support clients in achieving their goals through positive reinforcement techniques
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent care

Requirements:
- Experience or education in behavioral health or related field
- Familiarity with medical records and patient care procedures
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
