Summary

The National Partner Program Inside Sales Support will act as a liaison between sales and the customer. You will provide daily product information, pricing, order entry, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain a high customer satisfaction.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Primary contact for customers and personnel of the Welding Technology Division
• Creates quotes for customers and salespersons
• Receives and reviews customer purchase orders for accuracy, including review of terms and conditions
• Enters customers purchase orders into BaaN in OK point quality
• Sends order acknowledgement to customers and files invoices
• Responsible for consignment requests, returns and tracks consignment shipments
• Responsible for the authorization process of customer returns (RGAs), and enters sales orders for returned products
• Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing PW in administrative matters as required
• Promotes and supports the Fronius Way philosophy
• All other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Possess a valid passport, or has the ability to obtain and pay for a valid passport
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates Degree from accredited college or university preferred
• 2 3 years’ experience in Purchasing or Order Processing preferred
• Must be authorized to work and travel in the U.S. and Internationally
• Limited Travel
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis in data entry
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) preferred
• Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as a team member
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service oriented
