Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train and mentor employees on proper food preparation techniques and customer service skills
- Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new team members
- Create employee schedules and manage shift assignments
- Oversee food production to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders, track sales, and generate reports
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on culinary excellence
- Proven ability to effectively manage shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Excellent interviewing skills to identify top talent for the team
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and financial records
