Frette has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join the team.

This individual will partner with Marketing and Sales team members to produce a high volume of artwork for both online and offline channels, while upholding design principles and maintaining a luxury touch that fits our brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include :

• Produce, rework, adapt images and videos, to produce collaterals according to different specs and purposes, for on and offline marketing channels, including but not limited to print (brochures, postcards), direct email and CRM program tools, social media and digital media.
• Ensure brand consistency of all collaterals, online and offline, for B2B and B2C channel (brand presentations, product presentations, PR materials, social media, emails, web content)
• Contribute to the creation of the content & editorial calendar, and to its implementation through images adaptation or creation (providing briefs for content productions), working closely together with the marketing and sales teams.
• Support the web team in the creation of email marketing campaigns, and for the branding and editorial content of the website.
• Understand the creative and marketing objectives for each project assigned, the brand’s look & feel, and the commercial purpose.
• Project management for the assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout
• Monitor the competition and create archives of existing and future campaigns and ideas

Qualifications :

• 3 years of graphic design experience, including internship experience, within a marketing department or on marketing projects
• Sophisticated sense of design/style. Experience in the luxury or high-end market is preferred.
• Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
• Ability to prepare files for print
• Mandatory experience in: Adobe Suite with a focus in Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, and Illustrator, Microsoft Powerpoint
• Nice to Have experience in: Ceros or a different interactive marketing / experiential design platform, Experience using an ESP, such as DotDigital, and Basic CSS, CMS, HTML and website backend experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, communicative, open-minded attitude

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with a requirement of 3 days of in office presence per a week.
