We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information. The ideal candidate is meticulous, has excellent attention to detail, and can work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and make necessary corrections.
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity.
• Generate reports based on the data entered.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using data entry software and tools.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
