Note: This is a hybrid position.

Job Description:

The resource(s) covered under this SO will support the: Imaging unit of the Office of Information Technology for the digital conversion of the L&I legacy permit books and the data contained therein.

Position overview / Statement of Work

This position will be responsible for processing and entering the data from the L&I permit books into a
spreadsheet as well as capturing the image of the book page itself. The staff must work for part of the
project at 1234 Market St aligned with a hybrid schedule created by the Imaging Manager.
Work activities:
Takes electronic image of each page of each permit book per the specifications of the job.
Records data contained in each page of each permit book in a spreadsheet
Verifies the data in the spreadsheet
