Title: PCB Librarian
Duration: Project Based Long-Term Vendor Contract
Location: Remote/Redmond, WA

Hours: Minimum 40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
– Determine and develop mechanisms for storing data and integrating third party applications within our PLM systems.
– Develop effective collaborative design environment capable of supporting both internal and external design partners.
– Create and modify engineering tool project templates, meta-data, configuration data, and rules.
– Support customer and regulatory audits.
– Knowledge of electronic circuit boards, processors, chips, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
– Demonstrated general knowledge and support of Cadence MCAD applications

Skills:
– 5-7 years of PCB libraries experience.
– AA, electronics or better.
– Good understanding of the mechanical aspect of electronics design.
– Ensuring proper clearances between electronic components and the mechanical casings.
– Understanding of fundamentals in small form factor/wearable electronics.
– Essential understanding of electronic components and their package information.
– Continuous learning drive.
– Good aptitude.
– Communication skills

Education: AA, electronics or better.
