Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our team. As a admin/recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, and training development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and training development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
