What We Need

To continue providing excellent customer experience and service, as well as work alongside our sales and account managers, we are looking to add a Client Services Specialist to our team. This role will be responsible for supporting sales personnel on large projects, as well as owning specific small projects, managing the entire sales order fulfillment process.

We are looking for a team member who is flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and able to learn new systems and processes quickly. This position has a great opportunity to grow and support or lead various parts of the organization.

Sales Coordinator, Support Responsibilities

  • Support Account Management team as inside sales support including tasks such a:
  • Researching and specifying products for projects as requested by customers or A&D firms
  • Request quotes from vendors and input pricing information accurately into e-manage
  • Create furniture cutsheets and project proposals
  • Order manufacturer/material samples
  • Lead furniture demos for customers
  • Submit orders for post-project one-offs
  • Build client project folders and projects in internal system as requested by Account Management team
  • Support project bid response teams with various research and administrative tasks
  • Provide account management for small projects including creating quotes and submitting orders for walk-ins and small projects
  • Create furniture layouts and renderings for small projects and transactional orders
  • Oversee customer and inter-departmental communication for all transaction orders and small projects under $50,000 sell
  • Complete project pricing for transaction orders, small projects and BAOs

Client-Facing, Showroom Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-ins, take down potential project information
  • Serve as registrar for client meetings to take detailed notes and document follow-up tasks/assignments
  • Keep digital product library and manufacturer data up to date - MRL

What You Bring

  • 2 years of experience working in retail, customer service, sales, property, account, or project management, plus a resume that reflects: solid problem-solving / adaptability, proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a team, a record of capability in managing complex dynamic long-term projects, proven record of achievement in previous roles or school
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and suite of products
  • Service-focused mindset, excellent listening skills, and a love of communication and solution-seeking
  • Superb writing and communication skills for customer and team communication in which to deliver Freeform’s objectives and values
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, managing work and professional relationships, and interpersonal communication
  • A passion for customer success and service
  • Ability to thrive in an interdependent team environment
  • Alignment with Freeform’s core values & purpose
  • Ability to learn quickly

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience. Freeform offers employees a generous benefits package including unlimited PTO, employer-paid health insurance, 401k program, and opportunities for bonuses and profit-sharing.
