Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Developer for one of our contractsthat offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. These applications are used across the government enterprise and are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more. • Join a team providing Life Cycle Sustainment (LCS) and modernization activities for an enterprise Integrated Workspace Management System (IWMS) that provides infrastructure and facilities management solutions to critical missions
• The candidate must be a strong senior developer that is comfortable learning a COTS product and developing subject matter expertise, tackling challenges sometimes without a lot of guidance or information, and collaborating in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment 
• The primary responsibilities of this role require maintaining and enhancing complex operational software systems, interacting with Government project leadership on priorities, developing task estimates, and providing input to Government roadmaps

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Poly
• A bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering. Seven (7) years of software development experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Experience with JavaScript and XML
• Understanding of Linux server environment 
• Willingness to embrace challenges and seek to become an expert in the products
• Experience with COTs integration

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience closely collaborating with the Government customer
• Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS 
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience the with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Confluence & Jira
• Experience with Perceptive Content or any content management or workflow management suite
