Responsibilities
  • Maintain client retention and product loyalty by nurturing relationships with customers.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
  • Independently manages accounts daily. Answering questions, taking payments, updating information. All in a timely manner.
  • Expands/rounds our existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
  • Reviews insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy and issue certificates of insurance requests.
Requirements
  • Must have a Maryland Property and Casualty License.
  • 2 Years of Insurance experience OR 5 years of demonstrated success in overall customer service and/or sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Ambitious self-starter able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Persuasive, professional verbal and written communication skills
