Responsibilities- Maintain client retention and product loyalty by nurturing relationships with customers.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
- Independently manages accounts daily. Answering questions, taking payments, updating information. All in a timely manner.
- Expands/rounds our existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
- Reviews insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy and issue certificates of insurance requests.
- Must have a Maryland Property and Casualty License.
- 2 Years of Insurance experience OR 5 years of demonstrated success in overall customer service and/or sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
- Ambitious self-starter able to work in a collaborative environment.
- Persuasive, professional verbal and written communication skills
