The Licensed Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, providing policy reviews and adding and deleting vehicles, drafting letters & reports, and other additional customer service duties as directed by the agent or associates.

• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Broker Home Insurance Experience
• Answer phones and handle customer service duties
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Perform policy reviews of current customer and look for opportunities to cross sell
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
