Job Details
- This is a consultant sales job. Our goal is providing residential solar to as many homes across America as possible.

- My goal is to place you where you're most effective as soon as possible.
- Some of you may start in lead generation (door-to-door) and some may advance all the way to closing (in-home appointments), everyone will gain the skillset of both. Both are incredibly valuable and thus pay incredibly well.

Pay

-$200-500k /yr

- Each appointment-assisted install pays on average $3,000-4,000. Each Self-generated appointment that installs pays on average $6,000-8,000.

- 3 Installs per week x $3,500 (avg) x 48 weeks/year = $504,000

- For example: I made $22k in one week doing this job.

- You can grow into leadership, recruit, manage and help others grow while investing into yourself. You can eventually be a $1,000,000/yr earner in this job. I've gotten dinner with a few within our company already. The world is open to you, if you're willing to grow enough to accomplish it.

Why Solar?

- Energy has a $187 Billion market size. Which is more than Internet, Satellite, Smart Home, Alarms, and Pest combined. Solar grows 43% year over year and only has a 4.1% market adoption.

- 39% of Americans are interested in solar, but only 4.1% have it.

- Electric companies have bad customer service, the power always goes out, and the prices always go up. Most of America is in a regulated energy market meaning they have NO 2nd option for power. Meaning no competition and no reason to be better. Utilities are the definition of monopoly. Solar is the answer.

- Solar is clean energy. With global bipartisan support. Political green-lights. Solar gives power to the individual and lowers utility bills.

Why Freedom Forever?
- Freedom Forever is the largest private installer of solar in America. We partner with SUNRUN the largest public solar company in America. Our sales branch SOLAR PROS is the best sales branch in the industry in America.

- We averaged 3,400 solar installs/month in 2023. We’re in 31 States and have been around since 2011. Meaning we’re big and here to stay.

- You will never lose a deal on price with Freedom Forever Solar Pros. Because of our volume of sales and rev-share business model we have incredible margins. We outcompete any other solar company.
- As most companies get bigger they give the extra profit margin to the higher ups. At Freedom Forever we believe in something better. Under contract, every time the company becomes more profitable, the sales reps get a pay increase. These happen often, usually monthly, the most recent this month in March 2024.

For you: We have easy to use pipeline management, clear pay calculators, growth paths based on production, and fantastic culture.

Travel

- We go on 7-14 day work trips called 'blitzes'. These are mostly in Florida and sometimes even Puerto Rico. They're highly profitable, valuable and very fun. And we pay for most all your expenses so long as your production stays high.

- Often blitzes are our most profitable and beneficial times of this job. We adventure new places and new markets. A definite plus to the company.

Company Housing
- We are offering company sponsored summer 2024 housing in Florida to a select number of reps. We'd cover most of your living expenses as long as you're growing your production. So if you need to relocate to Florida or find a nice summer house, this is your spot.

Finale
- Reach out for questions or details and we'll see if we're good fits for each other. If you're willing to sacrifice, push through pain into growth and do it all with a positive mindset you will succeed. But it's your choice.

This is a 1099 Position and you will be door-knocking.
