A Customer Service Warehouse Driver is primarily in charge of providing customer support, mainly through delivery, pickup, and scheduling with local customers.
Their responsibilities typically revolve around answering inquiries, addressing, and troubleshooting problems, maintaining records of all transactions as well as handling warehouse and receiving duties such as loading and unloading materials, assembling orders, and inventory checks.
