About the Role

We are looking for hungry, driven individuals who show initiative, are team players and are quick learners. Our team of elite Consultants are the lifeblood of our company. Their primary function is to speak to warm prospects that we acquire through our various marketing methods and schedule them in for a tailored appointment with one of our Senior Property Specialists. You will be one of the first points of contact with our warm prospects so it is essential that you are warm, caring, sharp and professional.

Primary Responsibilities

• Embody company values
• Support and grow the team culture
• Hit KPI’s for number of set appointments per day
• Manage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long term period, following them up to schedule them in for appointments
• Generate new prospects from referrals
• Proactively find improved ways to achieve higher success for yourself and the team
