The Graphic Designer will create design solutions with exceptional visuals and will be mindful about the details. This individual will report to the Design Director and will work closely with the rest of the Design team. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated designer with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Execute on creative direction to create and produce high design visuals for marketing efforts specifically focused on paid ad media
  • Iterate and optimize designs based on data-driven performance and evolution of the brand
  • Support in the production of design across multiple channels, including paid ads, website, emails, social organic, and mailers
  • Maintain visual integrity of the brand
  • Contribute ideas towards larger campaign projects and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Execute quality work with a solid understanding of design principles with an eye for typography and layout
  • Communicate and present design concepts to internal teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 years of relevant experience in designing for digital channels
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a design related field
  • Experience in illustration, and copywriting is a plus
  • High level of proficiency and speed using Mac OSX, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
