Fred Beans Ford of Mechanicsburg is in immediate need of an experienced commercial sales manager to join our team!
The Commercial Sales Manager will need to be extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, as well as the industry and our market. The ideal candidate will be experienced in vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiency, safety features and functions, and financing options for our new commercial and fleet vehicle inventories.
Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;
· Presenting new vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion to promote a prompt sale
· Maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business- Maintain relationships with upfitters, vendors, and suppliers
- Maintain and control inventories
- Outside sales and prospecting efforts
· Conducting vehicle test drives and maintaining accurate sales documentation
- Manage commercial inventory
· Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales
· Maintain Ford certification as a CAM, and take all applicable need courses, and become proactive in your own training
