Fred Beans Kia of Langhorne is currently looking to hire a Part Time Cashier!!
Hours: Monday through Friday 5:00PM to 8:00PM and Saturdays 9:00AM to 5:00PM
The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting customers upon arrival.
What You'll Do
- Answer the phones promptly.
- Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
- Close out repair orders in computer.
- Prepare and make deposits.
- File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
- Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
- Input of additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet.
