Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify and balance all revenue and settlement accounts, ensuring proper documentation
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations, including occupancy rates, revenue, and expenses
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations during the overnight shift

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries over the phone
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
