Downtown Baltimore law firm is hiring for a fulltime legal training assistant (Resource Assistant). This position will report directly to the Resource Specialist with a dotted line to Human Resources. This position will be responsible for testing new hire set ups and applications, maintaining user accounts for FedEx, efling sites, eceritfied mail, etc. Keeping vendor invoices paid monthly, creating resource/training materials for our team, attending meetings and taking minutes, maintaining calendars, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

MS office suite, high aptitude for learning new software programs and navigating technology easily.

5 days in the office per week. One day remote possible after one year of employment.

Target salary is $42k to $46k.
