Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to clients on insurance coverage options, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Analyze client's current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Provide support for benefits administration and claims processing
- Conduct outside sales visits to generate leads and close sales
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance providers
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach out to potential clients

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in analyzing insurance needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in insurance sales, benefits administration, or outside sales is preferred
