WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Prepare, manage and control budget, monitor and analyze variances.
Direct employees to meet all mandatory Human Resource requirements.
Complete performance appraisal of staff members.
Quality compliance.
Strong leadership skills.
Oversee the process of assuring the clinical competence of personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates/RN Diploma - Required
Bachelor's Degree - Required
5 years Nursing/Patient Care - Required
2 years Previous managerial experience with demonstrated leadership skills - Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) American Heart Association - Required
Nursing Leadership Certification - Required within 36 months of hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association - Required
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required if required by unit
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Required if required by unit
