Project Manager - Commercial

Job Position: Project Manager

Work Location: Lakeland, FL

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 bonus potential ( the higher salary will be based on years of experience and working on projects from inception through completion)

As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering outstanding results to clients in the commercial construction sector. You'll have the opportunity to manage commercial projects that will contribute to communities for decades to come. Projects include retail, medical, entertainment, hospitality, and industrial.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the completion of commercial projects working with all project stakeholders from owners to architects, to subcontractors. If you want a company that will give you the opportunity for career development and continued learning then this is the career for you.

As a project manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide leadership and foster positive project morale.
  • Collaborate with the Bid and Estimating teams before construction commences.
  • Work closely with the office team and Assistant Project Manager(s) to provide subcontractor information.
  • Manage the development of on-site procedures.
  • Develop, refine, and oversee the Project Schedule.
  • Plan and review the Construction Program, including quality control procedures, safety measures, field office setup, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Prepare, communicate, and submit legal documents to relevant authorities, such as building departments and inspectors.

Do you:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience?
  • Hold at least 3 years of project management experience in construction, design, engineering, or a related field?
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead project teams, and represent our company with a client-centric approach?
  • Embrace technology and stay updated with industry advancements?
  • Promote a collaborative team atmosphere among consultants, engineers, and clients?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
