What You've Accomplished

You have completed a BS in either a business, engineering, or technical discipline and 15 years of related work experience, or a High School diploma and 19 years of related work experience is necessary. An MBA or other advanced degree/PMP Certification may substitute for 1-2 years of related work experience. You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Alliance Manager in Charlotte, NC, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

  • This position is the primary Framatome interface for all work scopes with our Alliance partner/customer including overall Alliance profit and loss, long term planning and performance improvement.
  • Envisions, defines, and executes the strategic plans necessary for improving customer performance in order to meet or exceed specified targets.
  • Develops and manages a program to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Gathers and shares strategic information in order to ensure major programs are managed effectively by cross-functional teams.
  • Establishes Key Performance Metrics reported monthly, quarterly, and annually to assess Alliance health.
  • Produces a business plan which enables each business group to meet corporate financial targets.
  • Provides meaningful performance related feedback/input to appropriate line management.
  • Solves complex customer issues in order to improve fleet performance and grow the Company's scope of supply.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $143,000 - $202,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
