We are seeking a passionate and results-driven New Home Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the home buying process.

As a New Home Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the sales process providing exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
  • Showcase available homes and highlight their features, benefits, and customization options.
  • Conduct tours of model homes and communities, providing detailed information and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, design team, and construction team to coordinate home customization and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Close deals.

SKILLS

  • Proven track record in sales. Required.
  • Valid driver’s license. Required.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to follow up with customers. Required .
