Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up tables and refilling condiments
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen procedures, is a plus
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
