Job Position: Operations Manager

Purpose of Job

As an Operation Manager, you will be working directly with our customer, and NC team to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner and manage cost and budget. You will also be collaborating and coordinating with other Foxconn sites in Tianjin, China, and Guadalajara, Mexico to ensure all aspects of each aftersales business project are flawlessly executed. Your position will require you to effectively adapt to any changes internally or externally (with customer), to consistently communicate any issues/problems or feedback from customer with upper management immediately, to carefully create solution plans for resolving any immediate matters at hand, and to build and maintain relationship with customer.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Circuitry, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Detailed-oriented
• Excellent intrapersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Project Management or Operations Manager in Manufacturing
• Fluent in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus

Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead team to fulfill demand by providing clear instructions and guidelines
• Manage team operation to fulfill clients demand
• Work with team to resolve any operational issues
• Communicate with customer on a daily basis and coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with customer.
• Assess Customer’s feedback and report to upper management.
• Create and Develop business plans to gain potential customers.
• Coordinate internal resources and materials to ensure successful productivity
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Overall global service backlog and hit rate KPI monitor
• Spare parts PO and fulfillment KPI monitor and provide support
• Track account service performance, specifically to analyze the data to meet short-term and long-term goals.
• Work with team and client on digital transformation project
• Participates in cross-group or corporate initiatives, aiming to improve corporate competitiveness, service quality, and cost savings
• Support management of corporate initiatives and implement best practices
• Works in conjunction with project management to facilitate training on best practice initiatives
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned by manager
