Job Responsibilities:

Manage and administer the daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll and financial reporting.

• Maintain accounts payable system including entering bills and writing checks
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Manage employee onboarding, employee healthcare plans and enrollment.
• Prepare payroll and 401K submissions
• Additional projects and assignments, as needed, that pertain to FCTDI accounting and management.

Qualifications:

• 4 year degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-4 years of relevant experience is preferred. New graduates will be considered.
• Quickbooks experience preferred; other accounting software experience helpful
• Experience with AR/AP
• Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Excellent accounting and mathematical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills/ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
