Responsibilities

• Answering all phone and email inquires.
• Manage the front desk and greet all guests.
• Completing admin paperwork as needed.
• Ensure office supplies are available / ordered.
• Assisting in coordinating staff meetings or trainings.
• Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld.
• Perform administrative functions to support different business areas.

Qualifications

• Understanding of fashion industry.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
