Implementation Project Manager Oracle

Four Squared Solutions is seeking an Implementations Project Manager for an opportunity located in Weston, Florida

This role will focus in the he financial and lending space. The right candidate will have Project management as well as systems experience with lending platforms preferably Oracle.

The role requires knowledge of financial services, particularly lending, implementation project management and technical systems implementations techno-functional experience. The right candidate will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of lending platform projects according to business objectives. Primary responsibilities include initial assessment of scope, effort and resources, writing project charters, facilitating project initiation meetings, detailed project planning, managing execution of project tasks, monitoring progress and timelines, and project status and other communication.

• Manage resources to ensure successful completion of project deliverables.
• Lead project status meetings and update project schedule on a weekly basis.
• Manage project issues, assumptions, and risks.
• Anticipate, estimate, and manage project costs.
• Work with business owner to maintain project budget tracking, including purchase requisitions, vendor quotations, and approval signatures for funding approval and purchase orders.
• Prepare project plans and schedules and may interact with outside vendors.
• Motivate and monitor a team of analysts and specialists with varying levels of expertise.
• Write documentation that may include project status reports, technical requirements and specifications, and testing, training and go-live plans.
• May participate in troubleshooting project or technological conflicts and disruptions.
• Supervise consultants, contractors, or other vendors related to the execution of project tasks.
• Develop strong and positive rapport with key users and stakeholders based on project assignments.
• Responsible for the principal leadership of the project team in terms of work assignment, timely completion of work, and utilization of project team members to accomplish customer expectations.
• Manage resources to ensure successful completion of project deliverables.

Minimum Experience Required:

• BS/BA Degree in MIS, Finance /Accounting, Project Management or Related Field
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• 8 years of Project management and systems experience in banking, financing or consumer lending experience
• Strong Project Management Experience
• Oracle Lending platforms or similar platform experience is required
• System integration, implementations and migration experience

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
