About the role;
Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests.

What you will do

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness. (30%) Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. (15%)
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. (15%)
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages. (10%)
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations. (10%)
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%)
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray. Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
