Job Overview:

Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. (FSE) is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of projects at the Central Utility Plant located on the NIH campus in Triangle Park, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage project budget, expenses, and procurement processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to project sponsors and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a utility plant or similar environment.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of utility plant operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
