Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. (FSE) is seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the development and implementation of projects at the Central Utility Plant located on the NIH campus in Triangle Park, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage project budget, expenses, and procurement processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project sponsors and leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a utility plant or similar environment.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of utility plant operations and maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
