Four Seasons Dental is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Salt Lake, UT

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental or medical office setting and possess strong administrative skills.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Maintain patient records and update medical history as needed
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is recommended to be considered for this position
- Familiarity with dental scheduling software such as Dentrix and Dexis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions and terminology

We offer competitive pay based on experience. This is a full-time position with regular business hours. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a dental office setting, we encourage you to apply.

Hours consist of Monday and Tuesday 8-6, Wednesday and Thursday 8-5, We work 2 Fridays a month and 1 Saturday a month 8-2

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
