Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, document maintenance activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or improve equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
