Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest requests, such as room service or transportation arrangements
- Assist with the check-out process, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and front desk operations
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally and resolve any issues that may arise
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
