Job Description
- Want to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
- Demonstrate a pleasant and friendly style
- Be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
- Work accurately, with an eye for detail
- Focus on building long-term relationships with the customer
- Partner with Account Executives and Art Development team to achieve maximum results from all customer relationships
- Maintain understanding of and communicate customer requirements, including ordering process, lead times, special labeling, shipping procedures
- New order entry into manufacturing queue, proactively monitoring open orders for status updates
- Respond to Customer Service-related inquiries ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner, including order status inquiries, claims and returns
- Improve customer-service quality by resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, implementing change
- Coordinate new product implementation; presentations, training materials, and product information
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions and work independently
- Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
