Foundations Worldwide, Inc. is Hiring an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist Near Richfield, OH

Foundations Worldwide, Inc is an Ohio-based, rapidly growing, children’s product company. Encompassing four core brands, our growth strategy is centered around expanding our owned ecommerce platforms along with our online platform partnerships with Amazon, Wayfair, Target, Walmart, and more. We are rapidly evolving into a world class ecommerce organization and looking for an Ecommerce Specialists to assist in our ongoing and exponential growth. Reporting to the Sr. Ecommerce Mgr., you will have the unique opportunity to be exposed to all major ecommerce platforms and related tools. Having a whatever it takes attitude along with a desire to learn and grow will be critical in this role.

Responsibilities:

At Foundations, there is limitless opportunity and plenty of room to grow. The following describes some of the core activities you will perform:

  • Collaborate on the development of brand and product content for ecommerce marketplaces
  • Set up and maintain product listings/content in accordance with online and platform best practices
  • Assist in basic merchandising activities including catalog setup, price maintenance, promotions, etc.
  • Proactively audit and optimize product listings to improve overall digital brand experiences, while driving conversions and sales
  • Help manage advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Identify and document product listing and catalog issues to ensure account health
  • Organize and prepare digital brand assets for retailers (including but not limited to: product images, copy, price sheets and supporting digital marketing materials)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase online opportunities and improve existing strategies
  • Research and report on emerging trends in ecommerce, social media and SEO
  • Willingness to perform other marketing duties, as job requires
  • Build and enhance partner relationships
  • Manage organic and paid rankings within the platforms, along with conversion optimization
  • Use data to drive decision making
  • Develop a solid understanding of effective content and campaign optimization designed to grow revenue
  • Translate ideas into shareable content
  • Monitor and respond to industry trends
  • Assist with funnel development and attribution modeling

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:

  • Degree in Communications or related field, i.e., Advertising/Rublic Relations, Marketing
  • 1 years of relevant ecommerce experience (internship will also be considered)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of personalities within all levels of the organization
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude towards work and others
  • Strong follow-through and teamwork skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • General understanding of digital marketing channels and how they are leveraged to achieve business goals
  • Basic analytics skills and/or willingness to learn
  • Familiarity working with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc..
  • Experience in consumer products is a plus
